J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Rippling (Bengaluru) en mars 2024
Entretien
I had a 30-minute initial round of discussions, Interview was good, they asked basic screening questions for the role, it aligned with what I have worked on in the past. He said they would set my further rounds, and explained what will be the next rounds and then we ended our discussion.
I was waiting for more than two weeks and getting prepared for next steps but never got any response from team post round 1, Got an automated email after wating for two weeks and unnecessary delays stating they found some profile and are not moving ahead with my candidature. Very unprofessional and does not follow the basic ethics of being an HR and sharing feedback or letting me know on the delays or status of my application.

Entretien
I had heard a lot of great things about the organization, which made me look forward to the interview. However, my experience was quite disappointing. The interviewer didn’t seem interested or engaged during the conversation. A call that was scheduled for 30 minutes was wrapped up in less than 5 minutes, and it was evident that he was in a hurry. This lack of courtesy and professionalism left a poor impression, and I would not recommend working in a culture where candidates are treated this way.

The person who is leading the TA vertical for India reached out to me over LinkedIn and we connected over call multiple times and we had really lengthy and fruitful conversation.
but After my next round of interviews, I never got any feedback, I've done follow-ups but he never responded. firstly he was so depressed and ping me calling me everywhere and now he just ghosted me.
after reading all the feedback here for this role, I realised it's a pattern.
