Initial screen - conversation with hiring manager - mock phone call. Went through the entire process, felt I did very well and was frankly extremely overqualified for the role. My final mock call was with ex customer success reps turned account managers. After 2 days received an email that a decision was made and was asked to schedule a phone call with the only availability being the next day…IT WAS A REJECTION CALL that lasted 30 seconds. What an absolutely outrageous thing to do to a candidate. News flash, you are doing NOTHING but giving your candidates anxiety by handling things in this manner. Just send an email and move on. The recruiter on the phone had no feedback as to why I was rejected anyways. Disgusting process. Best of luck moving forward.

The process moved quickly and was the cleanest I have experienced in a while: 30 mins with a recruiter, 30 mins with the hiring manager, and 1-hour presentation with two managers. The first two were standard. The 3rd was a role-play. Make sure you know their offerings. Make sure you take the time to know each one of their solutions. It will come up.
