I applied for the NYC position it’s a 3 stage interview process you start off with a screen call, hiring manager call, and a director meeting and mock call with the NYC manager squeezed into one call. The first two stages were smooth and very insightful and positive but the last round was just confusing, misaligned and flat out pointless. During the last round the questions that I had to answer were initially scripted for the second interview but I didn’t mind going over the questions again because the second and first round were positive and I didn’t mind re-emphasizing my desire to work and grow with the organization. Now the part that really blew everything wide open was with the Nyc manager no doubt the worst mock call experience ever ! we only did one call despite the fact I was able to book the meeting during the role play , which was the whole goal of the phone call, She had the nerve to say it was “solid” I had to keep pushing her for direct feedback and the only feedback I got was “ask more probing questions in your discovery next time”, and finally what really pissed me off was the fact that she said that most clients would just take the meeting to brush you off and in the back of my head I’m like isn’t that the whole point to answer objections, qualify the prospect and secure a meeting. Whether they brush me off or not isn’t something I have control over and she ended the interview 12 minutes early if I was so bad, which doesn’t make any sense why didn’t we break down the first attempt implement new feedback and run it a second time her unwillingness to open up or even discuss the day-to-day of the job threw me off and you know what I’m glad I’m not there I’m just frustrated my time got wasted, going from the beginning round all the way to the final round only to get a half hearted rejection.

It was quick and efficientely run. The recruiter was pretty hands off and did not have much involvement or interest in helping. Would often not respond to emails. The interviews were easy if you prepared.
had a very disappointing experience during my recent interview process at Rippling. The recruiter was completely distracted throughout the entire interview, never once looked at the camera, and seemed more interested in looking around than engaging with me. The process involved four rounds of interviews, but the overall experience was unprofessional and disorganized.
What was most frustrating was discovering through a LinkedIn post that someone else had been offered the job. When I asked the recruiter or hiring team about it, I received no response.
Overall, I would highly advise caution if considering opportunities with Rippling. The interview process was unprofessional and unresponsive, which raises concerns about the company's internal culture and communication. Avoid if you value a respectful and engaging interview experience.
