Due to a personal referral i was approached by Rip personally. Although he had a crazy schedule at that time he still took the time go through the process with me. After submitting my resume we had a phone screening and then a week later I came in for a personal interview. Although there were tough moments in the interview, I was impressed with the kindness I was treated with throughout the process. Very good experience and a nice intro to the company I now work for.
