Best advice would be to be yourself and friendly and to stay relaxed. Interview questions did not get too technical.

Was previously in the vacation role so was accepted without interview. Only needed to complete a medical examination. After which I had a over the phone call with my Snr management where they told me about the team and work. Very enjoyable experience

Phone interview with a team of employees for the Boron mine in CA. Got asked to come for an on-site interview which took about 8 hours. Had a complete tour of the mine, sat in on meetings, spoke with individual members of the team. Very educational interview, but very draining.

Usual interview questions with human resources. Seemed like the rest of the day spending time with several employees was a personality read and to see if I was a good fit with the current employees.
