Just pass background check and send school transcripts. They want certain numbers of hours viewing a teacher in action. Orientation is one day in which you learn the substitute calling system. Orientation is not paid. You have the ability to accept or declins jobs. There is no one on one interview process. You pay for the sub license and background check.
