BEWARE! RingCentral is not planning to hire you! They are just using you to increase the number of their app downloads! I was contacted by RingCentral recruiter via email. The recruiter scheduled a call with me to go over my resume and speak about my work experience. Instead, the recruiter asked me the questions about their app Glip (how do you like it? any feedback? do you see my messages? how do you like the features) and had no idea about the role and the next steps of the interview process. I followed up in a week but did not hear from them. 2 of my friends had same experience while interviewing with them this year. They just want you to download their app!
