Ghosted after multiple conversations and what started out as a positive experience with the recruiter. But reading the other reviews of candidate experiences, this appears to be a regular practice for this company. Definitely not the best way to be known in a competitive market. But feel better knowing now that this is how they treat people vs. finding out after joining.
