I received an email to schedule an over the phone interview with a recruiter. I scheduled my interview during my lunch. I received an email at the time of my interview saying it needed to be rescheduled. My interview was rescheduled. Needles to say, I never received a call. Not a good experience at all. I became disinterested with this company.

Recruiter/TA was not prepared for my screening call. She had to pull up documents and was unsure about details, pay band, etc. She sent me a virtual screenshare invite but failed to share her camera. As the face of the company, not a good look.

It was a basic call describing the role, no real questions were asked of me.
Screening call with recruiter, then spoke with panel of 3 SCSM Managers, (they were great). Then talked with panel of 3 CSMs, wasn't super impressed with them. After the interview process was over, they asked if I was willing to relocate, they now want the job to be local to one of their offices. Job was listed as remote...
