J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez RingCentral (Denver, CO) en août 2017
Entretien
I first met with internal recruiter then step 2 was to meet with VP of sales and Step 3 hiring manager via video. Made it to the final step of presenting on-site. I did hear immediate feedback through out the process. After the on-site final presentation, I was sent a canned rejection e-mail. When I asked for feedback more than once I received no response. Interesting! Note to RingCentral-When a candidate invests time into the job search don't ignore them as if you never knew who they were. Follow up! and help candidates learn why they did move forward so that they can use the experience as a learning tool as they move forward in a job search! Rude and not very professional!

Lack of transparency. 2 hours before my interview with the hiring manager, I received an email from the recruiter canceling the interview because they filled the position with another candidate.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez RingCentral (San Francisco, CA) en juin 2014

3 interviews, very well planned, but I think that was only because of the recruiter. They tried to push me down 1 level in my career. They pushed me to take a mid market sales job at 50k salary and 100k on target (not very many of the reps here hit quota- bad territory alignment?). Mid Market salaries in the Bay Area start at 70k. I honestly believe that they didn't want to hire me for a Major role because I'm not a man. It seems to be a VERY macho team.
