Via a recruiter. Spoke with HM and it went really well, but seems they already had a candidate lined up who they offered a job too probably the same day or before I interviewed. I enjoyed speaking with them and they said I'd be a good fit generally speaking...

It involved several rounds of over-the-phone interviews that culminated in a virtual on-site, via Chime. I interviewed with 4-5 individuals from the team, plus a "bar raiser' from another org. Everyone was great to interact with. In the lead up to the interview, the recruiter, who was exceptional, ensured that I was aware of what to expect during the on-site, including types of questions asked and how best to answer (STAR). Her communication could not have been better throughout the hiring process. It's worth noting that a writing sample, approximately 2 pages, was required prior to the on-site. Follow up, including an offer, was provided within 5 business days of the final interviews.
