I received an email saying they would like to proceed with the interview process. The email included a link to set a time on a calendar for a video call. I set the time, cleared my calendar for that day, showed up to the call, and nobody ever joined the call. I emailed saying I could meet another day if that works better for them, but no response. Completely ghosted. Please remember at the end of every email and phone call is a real person.
