J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Rilla en avr. 2026
Entretien
Only went through the first two rounds of interviewing. They weren't too difficult, just involved implementing code in a mock codebase. Honestly just wasn't the most prepared at the start, but was able to figure it out at the end. The recruiter and interviewers were very flexible as I was consistently experiencing technical issues.

Question 1
Given a couple of code files, use the methods in them to create a function that transcribes recorded language
decent recruiter reached out on linkedin, weird personal questions during recruiter screen that are supposed to make the company sound cool but kind of reek of SF BS. Follow up 30 minute coding portion wasn't bad not leetcode more fundementals.
In the initial screening they did a deep dive on my personalities, they ask about my why and my past project/life stories. Some questions were very hard to come up with an answer on the spot, but it is overall a vibe check. It was fun and interesting, you might learn a thing or two about yourself too actually.
recruiter reached out to me on linkedin. just did a phone screen. asked me the typical goals/alignment questions and some stuff about what projects i've worked on, also some strange personal questions. otherwise it was fast to schedule and communication was good and what not.
