The interview was relatively relaxed. I went in a room with two interviewers at once, one was the manager of the store, and one was the wholesale manager but I know others have had one of the owners sit on their interviews. They asked several typical interview questions, and then threw in a creative one just to see how you'd do on it. In the end they asked about my availability, both in the short term and long term since they want to have a good retention rate.
