      Entretien

I recently interviewed for the Technical Project Manager (Bilingual – English and Spanish) position at Bloom Equity Partners | RightCrowd. While I appreciated the fast scheduling and prompt responses, the overall interview process felt inconsistent and could benefit from more clarity. The job posting mentioned relocation to the Philippines while also supporting clients in Chile, which seemed unusual. I decided to proceed, assuming it might be a posting oversight. The initial HR interview was scheduled for 30 minutes but lasted about 15. During the call, I learned there would be four interview rounds, including teams in Australia and India, which meant some interviews would take place late in my local time. The HR representative didn’t provide details about the role’s responsibilities, scope, or salary range, which made it harder to determine if the position was a good fit. Follow-up calls provided feedback and next steps, though some details shared felt unnecessary and could have been omitted. Subsequent interviews included a Spanish-speaking interviewer in Australia and a team member in California. While everyone was polite, the interviews lacked structure and didn’t give a clear sense of the company’s culture or internal alignment. After completing these interviews, I decided not to proceed with this opportunity. The process moved quickly, but greater transparency, clear communication, and more structured interviews would improve the candidate experience. Pros: Fast scheduling, responsive communication Cons: Limited role clarity, inconsistent communication, unclear salary and responsibilities, interview process could be more structured
