The interview process was very straight forward. Started with a screening call from a recruiter that they work with. Followed by a conversation with their CIO and finally an interview with their lead engineer. Everyone was very cordial and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
The technical interview wasn't a grilling where they try to stump the candidate. It was simply a discussion about my previous experience and the type of projects that I've worked on.
Word to the wise, their insurance premiums are substantially more expensive than other places that I've worked. Even with a $15,000 pay differential, I would have been making less.
