Entretien
I got the interview through a referral from an employee in another branch. I had a short phone interview with her branch manager who then referred me to the branch manager in our local office. The interview process was quite quick, easy and informal. I met with the manager and was hard on the spot.

They asked me if I had ICF coaching certification.
Interviews are conducted at a selections day. They ate competence based and normally involve a presentation (set in advance to allow repetition) panel interview (approx 3 people depending on the role) and an inbox activity set on the day and/or a role play.

How social media has impacted the job market, how it inturn has impacted careers advice and guidance and the resources available to support clients.
