Initial interview on zoom with talent acquisition. These were basic questions about experience and credentials. Then another zoom interview with area manager. This was more about my personal management style and situational questions. All interviews were set up promptly.

After speaking to the recruiter, she arranged for me to interview at the locations close to me. The interviewer directing the facility asked a series of questions and what my response to particular scenarios would be. I was later offered the Child Educator position. Wish communication about open roles would have been more clear from the start

Entretien
Said it was going to be a phone call, but no one called me. Sent an email and no responses. Definitely not respecting people's time. I proposed a set of dates, but none of those works, so they proposed a date and time, and I have to cancel my other appointments. Very disappointing and unprofessional
