Met with the CEO - very unorganized experience: questions were surprisingly not thoughtful/narrow focused and didn't highlight recruiting competencies. No introductions, no ability to share background/ experience and there was no opportunity to ask any questions. No updates and was ghosted for several weeks. The company is interesting but do not see potential for scaling. Concerned about lack of knowledge within hiring practices from executive leadership.
