The interview process was highly unprofessional and disorganized. I was contacted by the owner to come in for an interview, and the employees seemed unsure as to why I was there as the owner had not told them about the interview. Nobody in the clinic seemed sure of what to do, and I was told that they typically didn't conduct traditional interviews, but instead held "working interviews" where the prospective employee would work for four hours. There was absolutely no information given to me from the employer prior to this so I was ill prepared. To top it off, none of the employees followed any public health guidelines at all; No mask wearing, no social distancing.
