I attended a career fair and got in contact with a representative from Ricoh, who was very professional and spent some time discussing the different positions available. I ended up scheduling an interview at their office in order to discuss further.

Each interview delved into different aspects of my qualifications and experience, and I was eager to learn more about the company culture and the specific role I was applying for.

Phone interview, in person interview, drug and background screening, I then was extended an offer.
It was a pretty simple process from start to finish. They were prompt with replying back to me and were quite flexible with scheduling me to fit time in for an interview. It was a nice process being interviewed by other managers.
