Filled out an application and submitted it with a resume and letter of intent. Interviewed with the director of the department and the assistant director. They both asked me questions about my past experience and what I would be comfortable teaching. They also explained to me the kind of students they have and asked me what I thought might be some obstacles these students would face while in my class.
