The in-person interview lasted about 3 hours. Met with the team for a meet and greet, had a more professional interview with a panel of 3 people that asked basic questions, met with the director of the department. That was a more strict, harsh interview. After driving four+ hours to the interview, they didn't pay any type of travel expenses. After waiting 2 weeks after the interview process, I didn't even get an offer. Very long process. Kind of wasted my time, but the people were nice.
