Overall negative experience. The process involved an initial recruiter call, intro call to the hiring manager/tech lead, a code-pairing exercise, and then super day (broken into a systems design portion, code-along in respective language/framework and business model thought exercise). The recruiting team scheduled two intro calls with hiring managers by mistake. (Fine, mistakes happen. Happy to chat with more team members) Communication with also pretty sparse throughout. Didn't hear back from them for almost 3 weeks after the last interview, and only because I reached to confirm I was no longer under consideration. I absolutely agree and understand their decision however, after asking for 6ish of my hours for the process, a simple email would have been appreciated, as opposed to complete silence.
