the interview wasn't difficult as I was already prepared and had a lot of experience in this domain. I believe I was taken because I answered well all the questions and one other reason was that I had been recommended by a member of the staff who insisted for them to offer me an interview

the interview questions were trivial because the main thing is to show that you are the good person for this position. Mainly they are looking for people who can speak several languages especially Spanish because most of their costumers are Latino and speak Spanish.

Entretien
It was a short interview with a few questions about yourself and about what you aspire to be. They asked questions both in Italian and English since they want to see if we are able to communicate with both locals and tourists.
The interview process was a basic general interview process. I sent my resume through the career job site. After a few days, they contacted me for an interview. After that, a 2nd interview with the manager. It was pretty standard.
