The interview included both the hiring manager and the controller. The format of the interview was laid out at beginning. First, they had me go through my job history so I could highlight any main points. Second, they had a page of standard questions they ask every interviewee. Some of the questions were general interview type questions describing an experience and some were basic accounting questions. After that, they allowed me to ask any questions I had.
