Applied online to a posting listed on a website. Heard back quickly, received an email asking if I smoke and if I'm eligible to work in the US. Passed that, was invited to formally apply the next day. I spent 4 hours reviewing the practice questions, creating an online application, and taking the tests. I was completely spent when I finished. I graduated from college 14 years ago and am not used to taking tests any more. I'm concerned about how the test measured my ability to do the job. A week after completing learned that I was not being considered. Really not sure why.
