They will discuss different positions available to you based on your test results. The tests are mainly personality type questions, but there are questions to gauge your problem solving skills, ability to discern patterns, and consistency of responses. This company will NOT negotiate your salary. If they make you an offer, consider it a final offer. Those who reject and ask for more are dropped from consideration.
