I applied for the position online. The recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone screen. Then, on the day and exact time of my phone screen, the recruiter sent me an email and cancelled. They said they would be back in contact with me to reschedule. I never heard anything back from that recruiter. A few days go by and a completely different recruiter reaches out to me to set up a Teams Interview with the hiring manager. Did not ask me any questions, just told me the interview HAD to take place on a certain day between a certain time. I attend the interview and it went great. The hiring manager let me know during that interview that they would like to move me to the next round which would be a panel interview with two of my potential peers. I attend this interview and everything went very well. Both panelists told me I interviewed great and they looked forward to speaking with me again soon, even asked me how soon I could start. 3 weeks go by and I hear nothing from anyone. Not either of the 3 recruiters, the hiring manager or anyone else on the team. I received a generic rejection email on a Sunday night. The entire process was extremely unprofessional, especially for an HR position. It tells me how disorganized the organization is, and how little they value someone else's time. There were lots of red flags and is probably for the best that this did not work out for me.
