Applied online, HR contacted over the phone and asked some behavioral questions. Then technical interview was conducted over the phone with a team member. Finally, selected for the panel interview at Reynolds american, Winston-Salem, NC (US).

The recruiter reached out to me via 30 phone minute interview after I applied online. After the phone interview, it took about 2 weeks until I heard back in which they wanted to fly me out for an in person interview. I couldn't make the first date and they offered me a second date to interview. I flew out on Monday morning, stayed in Winston-Salem in the hotel right next to HQ, and interviewed (and fly home) on Tuesday. I heard back from my recruiter about the offer on my flight home that evening. I interviewed with 3 managers/directors. This was 45 minutes where they took turns asking me interview questions. Then I interviewed with the 3 VPs of the department and it was the same situation where they took turns asking me questions. The 2nd interview with VPs was very short, it was just a "get to know you" thing and they were nice but it was rushed.
