Three step process: 1.) phone interview 2.) day in the trade interview with a local rep 3.) panel interview- travel typically involved
The phone interview is standard with HR. Day in the trade was more involved with examining a typical day you may encounter- great learning experience. The panel interview is strenuous and challenging, but fun. They do a nice job of selecting the right fit.

It was a smooth and comfortable experience and I felt at home and cared about. They ask good questions to get to know the candidates. To some candidates, it might seem like they asked tough questions, but they just wanna make sure that they will find good career driven people that want a long-term career instead of just a job with a paycheck.

Initial interview with recruiter and then ending with a panel interview with 2 managers. The initial interview was more about reviewing my background and finding if I could be a fit. The panel interview ask a series of questions and then allots time for you to ask them questions about the position.
