The interview process was great, everyone was prompt in communications. First a phone interview with a recruiter, then a video interview which you have much time to prepare and re-record if needed. Thirdly, there is a ride along in which you spend the day with an account manager. I did not make it to the last part of the interview process which I have heard was a panel interview followed by an offer. I was told in an email they were looking for people with more experience...

Zoom interview with the standard behavioral questions. Just basically looking see your face. I don't think those questions have any bearing on your performance. they just want to see who they're looking at. They want the young easily molded minds.

Very extensive interview process. Last interview I was flown to a random city. Afterward I was not offered the job and not sure why. Not much feedback or constructive criticism.
