The interview process was kind of weird. The first half of this process went by extremely fast such as the phone screen, virtual job tryout, and then a very vague panel interview email with no directions. It took me almost a month to get an actual date after the email. The week before a panel interview I got an email about prepping for this portion. It was very straightforward and if you have experience with the STAR format method you will be fine. I didn’t receive directions to the panel interview until the day before the interview which was kind of a hassle. On my way up there to the panel interview I received an email about how the previous directions were wrong so therefore I had to accommodate that. It was kind of frustrating. The panel interview is split up into two rooms. The first room is focused on your resume while the other room is kind of casual. I only had one person there that didn’t have a sense of humor. I felt that vibe from him. I thought I did well but unfortunately I didn’t get an offer. I don’t know what this company is looking for because it is beyond me. I think that particular guy was one of the reasons why I did not receive an offer. Just do you research, prepare yourself, and be aggressive. I knew everything about this company including their history by date.
