I started with a phone interview that took about 30-45 minutes answering a series of questions that were then forwarded to a hiring manager. A few weeks later the hiring manager called and asked another series of "give me a time when" questions that lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the initial interviewer called to set up and on site interview. The on site interview started with a test that took about an hour. It was a 2 part test that focused on the job. After the test I had 2 panel interviews with 2-4 people asking various questions and talking. Last there was a third interview that reviewed my test and I explained how I arrived at my answers.
