The interview process was a mix of videoconference and in-person meetings. I spoke with the HR manager once on the phone and was advanced to a videoconference meeting. I was then scheduled to videoconference meetings with the executive who needed the EA and with the current EA, who would continue part of a 2-person EA team. Next round was in-person meetings with the executive and EA, and the final round was a videoconference with the co-CEOs.

Worst interview experience ever. I interview NINE times with this company... even included a lunch with the CEO. If you enjoy being toyed around for a month, then tossed aside, then this place is for you. Very cold interviewers with seemingly zero experience (nor manners) interviewing candidates. Don't waste your time, effort and energy. By the 7th interview, I wasn't interested in the job anymore. I don't think I would have accepted had they offered. Just an awful experience.
