Had a call with the hiring manager/recruiter, then an onsite and virtual interview with the team. It’s so funny how much they talked about good candidate experience yet I don’t think I had one interviewing with their company. I thought the interviews went well but they basically all read questions of a paper. I wrote a thank you note to the hiring manager/team but after that it was crickets. It’s pretty annoying to go through an entire interview process and not have them give any updates. To me, this lacked transparency which is very important to keep a candidate engaged in the process. Even if youre not moving forward with them, atleast let them know. So ridiculous.
