I interviewed for the continuous intern position with the Senior Director of CI and his team of managers. Even though the position did not match the skills I had, the HR partner and the Senior Director gave me the opportunity to interview for multiple internship positions in the company.
This was a unique experience for me . It shows how keen the company is in fostering talent. I believe that Covanta is a great company where you can grow and realize your full potential.

The interview process was phenomenal, all interviewers were kind and made the process easy to navigate. I would recommend applying and working for Covanta. As a student I applied to over 170 internships and this was my best experience by far.
