Warm, welcoming environment! The team scheduled the interviews around when the best time was for me - even coming in earlier than usual just to accommodate me. I interviewed with two levels of management one after another and felt comfortable during the entire meeting. They both wanted to know me on a personal and professional level - asking questions about who I am as a person and as an employee to get the best idea of how I could fit into the company. They took as much time as needed to get to know me - were not antsy to finish up and I felt I had their complete attention. They were also very open on answering questions and informing me on the company, the position, and the expectations of someone in the role. I felt very valued - even as a candidate.

I applied online and was contacted by their recruiter shortly after. We had a good conversation and she asked me to move forward for an interview with the hiring manager and a peer. This was done remotely since I am out of state and honestly, very awkward. They had some technology issues getting started which always makes things uncomfortable but neither of the ladies even shared their names with me when we got started and then they started asking questions almost right away, like rapid fire. They seemed to be writing what I was saying down word for word and barely looked at me or acknowledged my answers. I got the feeling they were not interested and just wanted to get the interview over with as quickly as possible. The next day I got a form rejection via the recruiter, which was not surprising.
