Connected with recruiter through LinkedIn to discuss a role in strategy & operations. Call was arranged for a few weeks later with internal recruiter for initial hr chat. The conversation was short 20 minutes, with time for questions for me, and focus mainly on the first 6 months of the role requirements and my experience. I then received a fairly standard template email a few days later that they would not be moving forwards with my application. Overall the process was vague and interactions cold.

Entretien
It is very straightforward, asking about a difficult experience you have had previously and how you handled it, and they ask about career expectations, so how you would want to work in the future and where. It is not a very long interview compared, 20 minutes.

I was contacted through LikedIn to participate in an interview process.
After a couple of messages, I was invited to an interview and also was automatically sent an invitation to do an "SHL Assessment". I did not pass the assessment and the interview was cancelled, no feedback or any other information was given.
