Relatively standard screening process.
1. Recruiter Screening
2. IQ/Cognitive Test (very basic).
3. Case Interview with Manager.
4. Bar Raiser Interview.
The mgmt. team interviewing me felt quite young. Seemed smart but unsure about suitability of experience.
Also: for the bar raiser, the recruiter has asked to prepare for questions re my motivation and reasons for move from one role to another- the structure of the last interview did not asked for any of it.

The first case interview with the manager went well as the case was quite open in terms of structure and how to arrive at the solution.
Bar raiser- the operations partner had pre-defined pathway to solve the case: Increase hiring of IT engineers from 10 to 30 per week at Revolut.
It has lead to a pathway just to shut it at the end "in reality this is not what we see".
My advise to anyone: explain the structure of your case- whatever it is. It may not be evident from your process.
The case studies may seem open but in reality follow quite strict path and the interviewer will stick to it.

The first interview was a more casual interview online and was very comfortable and professional. The second interview was a "problem solving" interview. The interviewer showed up late to the meeting and appeared very unprepared and gave the impression they did not want to be there. They were quite rude and very unprofessional

Passa de um assesment geral até uma entrevista com um bussiness case, no meu caso demorou quase 1h até finalizar a entrevista. Desenvolvi todas as metodologia que conheço e a abordagem para resolver o problema

HR Interview to discuss experience, online assessment, interview with senior manager. The interview with the senior manager had a personal section, followed by a case study. The online assessment was a pretty easy test on non-verbal reasoning (?) from what I can remember.
