The interview process was very smooth, 2 calls, one with a recruiter and one call with the Team Lead a few days apart. Both were very friendly but the job was not a great fit for me as I did not like their metrics and KPIs, we talked about everything and decided not to move forward. All in all a good experience.

Shocking recruiter. (Interview was taken by Bhavya Jain who seemed new to the company with lesser knowledge ) . I applied for the role and was contacted within a couple of days and arranged an original screen which she was 5 mins late for. We briefly touched on money where I stated my expectations and was assured these could be met. Couldn't even explain me the role properly. She was not sure what she wants and not good at engaging. Recruiters are the face value of company through which we understand the culture that is going inside. Extremely poor experience, won't recommend any good recruiter to join.
