1st round - screening with the HR 2nd round - online assessment (quant and general risk knowledge) 3rd round - actual interview with the risk head which is quite pleasant. Good convo with him on the challenges/trend in risk. 4th round - problem solving interview with an auditor The interviewer was 15 mins late and felt like in a rush when conducting the interview. He showed no interest in my self introduction at all as I can tell he was scrolling through his screen and doing other things. (Also no follow up questions/comments on the introduction part in the beginning). This round was a problem solving interview and I thought the idea is to understand my thought process and the answers should be more than one but he kept interrupting my answers (I couldn't even complete a full sentence without his interruption) with his model answers. I did not feel respected with the constant interruption (unless this is on purpose). On the subject of the case study, this interviewer also showed to me that he didn't have much knowledge into it. In the last part (Q&A session), I didn't feel like gaining a lot of insight about Revolut and the job from him.
