      J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Revolut (Porto, Oporto) en janv. 2020

      Entretien

      I was referred by a friend, and it took them 3 weeks until the recruiter reached out to me to schedule an interview. The communication was pretty smopth and the responses were quick - so far so good During my first (vieo) iinterview, the interviewer asked to which country I had applied. It gave me an impression that he had never had a look at my CV, as he never made a reference to any past experiences, which already started to feel like a waste of time. However, the duties of the position were explained quite well. Otherwisse, the questions were very generic, seemed unprepared. Then, I was contacted by the recruiter again, sending me a home task which I was asked to complete in 3 days. I sent it back to him the following day, and received radio silence: no acknowledgment that the task had been received and no feedback. It's been several weeks now. I just regret the time I spent preparing for and partaking in the interview, as well as completing the task. It gave me an impression of a poor organizational culture in general. On the side note, I have been asked for feedback regarding the interview process twice already (I was asked whether I had received feedback during all the stages of the hiring process even before having been sent the take-home task!).
