Did a home task. Then an interview with one of the leads. Questions weren't hard general ideas and how one would go about improving certain business operations. The interviewer was late to the call. And came across arrogant and dismissive. Didn't get the offer. And they wouldn't give a reason.

How could they reduce delivery time and cost across the globe
The process was fluid, kind, and an overall good experience of normal difficulty. It consisted of an online logic and reasoning test, followed by a technical interview focusing on AML/KYC investigation, and finally a cultural fit assessment.
Didn’t come back and cancelled at short notice , gave a rather Poor excuse but the job remained in the availability for a while. A few months later someone in their talent team showed up to ask me to return to interview
