1st a 30 min Screening Home Case 1 Check in with the Head of Recruitment 1 Interview with Founders Associate The overall experience was good but the Founders Associate, he showed up late, took the interview with me for an hour and 15 minutes. During the first minutes of the interview he yawned provided little to none eye contact and really made it seem as if you were below him. I must preface that the recruiter and manager of the role was absolutely amazing. He seemed bright and would have been a pleasure to work with it seems.
