Beware that if you wan't to work there, you have to say goodbye to your personal life.
The CEO is known for being a workaholic and expects you to be happily selling him your life since you'll get a high salary. "Here we start working very early, until very late, all week ends, all year, we don't take vacations".
The "culture" of the company is that they really don't care about individuals as long as they see $$ results.
That being said, I like their product ! Just think twice before you go from user to employee.

the feedback received by the HR team was referring to scenarios that did not actually happen in the interview. I respect honest constructive feedback. Unlike twisted reality, that never happened.

Brief open discussion 30' remote slots with 3 Executives.
One remote discussion turned out very awkward. Couldn't get basic questions answered and overall the other person had a very apathetic and phlegmatic mood. He didn't show much respect (even tho it was the second time we rescheduled and he was late 10mins) and I had difficulties in understanding his English.
Overall it made me doubt the whole product, strategy and culture.

What would you do in this role in your first two weeks?
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you had such a negative experience interviewing with us. At our current rate of growth, we’re moving at a very fast pace and unfortunately, that sometimes impacts negatively on our diaries. We can only apologise that you were impacted and were rescheduled twice.
We are lucky to have colleagues from 70 nationalities. English is our company language and that includes all the richness of language our diverse workforce brings.
