Entretien
The process started with an initial HR screening call, followed by a CCAT cognitive assessment test. The third stage was a call with the Head of Executive Assistants, focused on behavioral questions — past achievements, how you handle competing priorities, and real examples of problem-solving under pressure. Overall the process felt structured and professional. There are likely 5 stages in total; I made it to stage 3.

Entretien
Screened with a recruiter for 30 minutes and was asked behavioral questions. Recruiter seemed to be in a cafe or a noisy, public place and seemed disinterested so it was difficult for me to hear her, and concentrate and organically interact. Then she mentioned there were five interview stages including an assessment which completely put me off further. I meant to withdraw earlier but received a rejection before I could.

Entretien
I first had a very quick interview with HR (very friendly) to cover my background, why Revolut, and some basic admin related to the role. Next round was a CCAT test testing verbal reasoning, pattern recognition etc. it was reasonably easy until about halfway which is when the questions started to get harder and you started to feel the time pressure. I did pass it and the next round will be a skills interview.
