Initial stage was video call with in-house recruiter for roughly 1hr; general Q&A about professional background, then focusing more on specific expertise for position (e.g. product, tech, market analysis etc.) alongside deeper discussion about personal and organisational values, structure and expectations of role, plus open-ended Q&A. Was invited to subsequent hiring round (which was hands-on 'homework' task combining data analysis and strategic presentation) but was sadly unable to participate due to unexpected family matter. Very much enjoyed the chat - esp. appreciated the interviewer's clarity on remit, deep understanding of the industry, and professional candour; would've been keen to explore opportunity further if not for unexpected circumstances on my side.
