3. Task (Homework): Submit a task 48 hours after receiving it, no presentation needed. For PMM, was asked to come up with a launch campaign for their single use cards.
4. Live Problem Solving: Was asked to solve this question live on a call: "You've been asked to help out our Chief Revenue Officer who wants to increase the total value of deposits. That's money being paid into revolut by 100%. So double it within the next one year. How would you go about solving this? Feel free to ask me any follow up questions."

I was approached for a PMM role on LinkedIn on an internal headhunter. The process was quite straightforward, they connected me with a recruiter, we had an initial chat, and then went on to book a second interview. Had that one too, unfortunately they decided to not proceed further.

Sehr sehr langer Prozess, der ehrlicherweise wenig Sinn macht. Kein Interviewer hat wirklich einen Bezug zum Job...
Revolut vergisst, dass der Kandidat auch eine bewusste Entscheidung für das Unternehmen treffen muss. Ich will keine 2 Monate verschwenden, um erst am Ende mein Team Lead kennenzulernen und realisieren, dass ich es mir nicht vorstellen kann, mit ihm zusammenzuarbeiten.
Keiner interessiert sich für dich als Person, es geht immer nur um die Aufgabe, die du lösen musst. Bar Raiser war ein absoluter BS, "what was your biggest achievement? What was your biggest failure?" ... zu jeder Position im Job. Wirklich sehr komisches Vorgehen.

Ghosting attitude continues as you can hear from everybody. This is really a low standard of professionalism, so you can see even before you start. Also heard from a friend that who passed all the stages, was waiting an offer and they cancelled him last min & said the role was closed.
