J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Revolut (Dublin, Dublin) en févr. 2026
Entretien
I had a video call with a recruiter and then with a sales manager.
After my interview, the sales manager contacted a current colleague of mine. He spoke to my colleague to verify what I had said about my current role in the interview and asked for more information about me and my experience.
Now my teammates are aware that I have interviewed for a new job and what was said in my interview etc. Which I am extremely unhappy about as this is a breach of privacy.
Entretien en 6 étapes.
HR très perdue. C'est évident qu'il y'a un gros turnover. Ceux qui font passé les entretiens sont différents sales manager et senior qui ont pas que ça à faire et ça se voit.
The Revolut interview process was quite structured and performance-oriented. It included multiple stages focused on commercial mindset, communication skills, sales scenarios, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
There was a strong emphasis on ownership, adaptability, KPI-driven performance, and problem-solving. The process reflected the company culture very well — high standards, fast execution, and strong focus on results and scalability.
Straightforward and accommodating process. Scheduling each session was fair and easy. Revolut successfully met all of my initial expectations set at the start. The recruitment team was professional throughout. The whole process was average.

Question 1
Q: "Can you tell me about a time you had to deliver a project under a tight deadline, and how you managed competing priorities?"
